July 2009 - 1st prize in competition

Kjaer & Richter wins the competition for the construction of a new Senior Center in Bogense. A Senior Center with a total of 50 care units organized in 5 living areas with associated common service areas. 
Excerpts from Jury Report: "Its vision is exemplary manner both beautiful and visually conceived and expressed in apple tree branch structure. The idea of clarity and the consistent implementation creates a very easily understandable operation of all functions - from arrival to the area, the entrance to care units, the internal universe, the south-facing terraces and finally into the heart of the individual homes "... "Here is a building with a great authority in an almost timeless classic and modern design - simple and to the beautiful and rich experience."
