December 2008 - 1st prize in competition

Kjaer & Richter wins competition for a new consultancy center for LandBoMidtØst.
 The consultancy center for LandBoMidtØst will be built as part of a new commercial area at Trigevej in Søften, north of Århus. The first stage will house 250 employees in 10 departments and will unite the different activities in LandBoMidtØst in two locations, Viborg and Århus N.
The different activities will reflect and benefit from the continious development of an attractive working environment at LandBoMidtØst, in which competences, skills and knowledge integration will be the foundation for a forward-looking consultancy center focused on the specific needs of the client. The project team also includes MT Højgaard, Niras and LB Consult.
